Icona Condos is situated at a strategic city off Vaughan which’s north Toronto, the York district. This new iconic Icona Condos development will be developed on a proposed 125-acre piece, mixed-use development. Vaughan lies at the center of the Larger Toronto public transit and highway development infrastructure. And just as Vaughan keeps expanding, so does its multiple housing options. There are various shopping malls and centers around the Vaughan City. Such malls include; Cambridge Shopping Centers, Vaughan Mills (the large shopping mall), Village of Kleinburg, Promenade Shopping Centre, the Yorkdale Shopping Centre, and Mississauga-Westwood Mall
